How do I get my blinds to go down?
A:
If you have a corded blind, bring your cords to the center of the blind to release the cord lock so your blinds will go down.
A cordless blind can be pulled from the center of the blind to the desired length.

How do you untangle a blind cord?
A:
If you have a knot in a blind cord, remove the tassel on the end of the cord and unravel the cord and reattach the tassel.

How do you open window blinds?
A:
Wood, Faux, Aluminum and Vertical blinds can be operated with a cord tilt or wand tilt.
The Wood, Faux and Aluminum will have a set of cords to pull the blind up and a cord tilt or wand to open and close the slats.
The Vertical blind will have either a cord and beaded chain OR a wand to open and traverse the vertical slats.

Are cordless blinds better than corded?
A:
Cordless verses corded is a personal preference. If you have small children or pets that look out the window a cordless blind would be the best option. A corded blind may be easier to operate if you are elderly or have a window that is not within reach to push up.
Q:
How do you let down new blinds?
A:
Take all rubber bands off the blind.
Bring all the cords to the center of the blind to release the lock on the cords. Gently lower the blinds to the desired height.
If you have a cordless blind, just pull the bottom rail down firmly to the desired height.
